The newlyweds will be able to get married to the applause of the audience from April 10 to 14. In honor of the birthday of the Helikon-Opera theater, Moscow registry offices will register the marriages of five couples. The wedding ceremonies will take place at the end of each gala performance right on the stage of the Stravinsky Hall.

“It is with great pleasure that we offer new and interesting locations for marriages. And now we have decided to organize an event within the walls of the Helikon-Opera theater in honor of celebrating his birthday,” said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.

She added that this is the first such experience in the history of Moscow registry offices.

On these evenings, two hundred theater artists and five hundred spectators will applaud the new family that will be born within the walls of the youngest musical theater in the capital. You can become one of the unique couples by submitting an application at a personal reception at the Wedding Palace No. 1.

According to the artistic director of Helikon Opera, Dmitry Bertman, Helikon is a theater-family, as employees fall in love, get married, have children, sing together on the same stage and create creative dynasties.

“We always celebrate our birthday with a special feeling – a feeling of unity and sincere happiness. We will be glad if our love becomes a blessing to young families! The union of two hearts, born on the stage of our theater, will definitely be happy!” he emphasized.
