However, after a couple of minutes, it seems that a conflict of interest arose by itself.

– The largest families (in the Yamalo-Nenets district. – A.K.) set a very noble task for us to build schools and kindergartens. 25 schools, 25 kindergartens – this is what is actively working now! – the governor reported as extremely positive news and wanted to move on to the next paragraphs of the report.

“As for the schools, you still have to work here,” the President suddenly interrupted him.

– Certainly! Dmitry Artyukhov managed to exclaim.

– Still, many children (in the Yamalo-Nenets district. – A.K.) work in two more shifts,” Vladimir Putin drew attention.

— Vladimir Vladimirovich, yes! – the governor warmly agreed. – For this, a program for the construction of new facilities is being implemented!

Speaking about the financial performance of the district, Dmitry Artyukhov showed himself to be a virtuoso at all, and even photographs were not needed here (graphics appeared.— A.K.):

– 2022, of course, is quite controversial, – the governor admitted. – On the one hand, our physical volume is declining – it’s clear, we are directly dependent on all geopolitical news (and this is a serious recognition. – A.K.)! But in value terms, we see this in terms of GRP, in terms of industrial production, we are growing! Abnormally high prices!

“However, unfortunately, they have already returned to normal.

Therefore, despite the fact that the physical volume of gas production has decreased, in general, the indicators are growing, and this, of course, affects social well-being, the governor continued.

And he moved on to something that is not completely subject to graphics and photography:

— The key integral indicator is the natural population growth. For us, this is our most important achievement. We are in the positive zone, the coefficient is seven!

Obviously, the President must have been impressed by this figure.

“Unfortunately, he is not everywhere,” Dmitry Artyukhov made a reservation (apparently, somewhere in the depressive districts of the district, there are six or even five, and this cannot but disturb.— A.K.), but it is precisely the well-being that northerners have due to a strong economy that allows people to plan large families!

In one of the districts of the district “Gazprom”, said the governor, discovered grandiose deposits of gas.

“According to our calculations,” Dmitry Artyukhov explained, “we can provide up to 2 trillion cubic meters of gas… in the long term, of course, 20-30 years… in addition to provide production.
