Medvedev called vinegar and lemon the first undesirable meat marinade for the future barbecue, since sour marinades are contraindicated for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
Also unsafe, according to the expert, are store marinades due to their content of excess salt and sugar. The first component affects the functioning of the kidneys, and the second is a risk factor for certain chronic diseases.
The last undesirable marinade is mayonnaise, because this product is high in calories, because of which a person can gain excess weight, which can later negatively affect human health in the form of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
