Named the EU countries that are most loyal to the Russians when issuing visas

The countries of the Schengen agreement most loyal to the Russians are Italy and France. About it informs Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
It is noted that these two countries more often than others give Russians “long” visas – for six months and a year. Austria, Hungary and Slovenia generally only issue single entry visas, while the Greek consulate issues short or single entry visas.
Currently, Austria, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Hungary, Switzerland, Slovenia and Croatia still accept documents for issuing tourist visas from Russians.
According to tour operators, in Moscow it takes an average of 2.5-3 weeks to get a Schengen visa.
At the same time, the German consulate imposes one of the strictest rules on Russians. To obtain a visa to this country, you must provide an extract from a bank that operates in the European Union, as well as a policy of a European insurance company. Similar requirements apply to the consulates of Malta and Slovenia.
