Jobs in IT and unmanned aircraft will be popular in 2024
Experts interviewed by RIA Novosti expressed the opinion that professions in the field of information technology and unmanned aircraft will be among the most popular in 2024. Last year, the greatest demand was for blue-collar occupations, but this year high demand is expected for occupations related to IT, marketing, data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Demand for unmanned aircraft-related jobs such as drone certifier, autonomous flight programmer and drone assembly engineer is also expected to increase.
To meet the personnel demand for digital specialists, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation launched the “Code of the Future” program for schoolchildren and college students. The project has become popular among zoomers, and by the end of 2030 it is planned to train at least 1.2 million teenagers.
Rector of NTI 2035 University Vadim Medvedev noted that in 2024, IT-related professions will remain at the peak of popularity, which guarantee successful employment, good salaries and career growth. He also noted that engineering areas related to unmanned aircraft systems, genetics, space services and communications will gain momentum.
