Elon Musk’s company announced the start of the first full-scale tests of the Hyperloop rapid transit system. The Boring Company announced this on their Twitter. Two photographs were also posted there, in which a Tesla car is located inside the system.
Musk proposed the idea of a high-speed transport system ten years ago. The point is that in pipes in conditions of highly rarefied air, cargo or capsules with passengers move. The maximum speed at the same time is 1220 km / h.
The technology was called Hyperloop. The development company was founded in 2017. At the same time, the idea itself remains open and anyone can connect to its implementation.
An Indian entrepreneur took advantage of this four years ago. He wanted to build a “hyperloop” between Mumbai airport and Pune. However, in 2020, the Indian government suspended the implementation of this project.
