Mushroom excursion for football players

What just does not happen in life. If they told me that I would conduct a tour, and a mushroom one, for football players, I would not have believed it in my life.

But here it is October, here it is the forest, here they are honey mushrooms, and next to me are three representatives (and one beautiful young lady) of the Broke Boys football club. Why their leader decided in such a strange way to set up the players for the games of the media league (this is where the team plays) remained a mystery. But judging by the fact that the Broke Boys are leading in points lost in their Group A of the second season of the Media Football League draw, the mushroom excursion has paid off.

Media football fans call this tournament, organized at the beginning of 2022, one of the most anticipated in recent years. The 18 most demanded teams will compete for the title of the best media club in the country within two months. And the Moskovskaya Pravda correspondent introduced three representatives of one of the leaders of the IFL to the intricacies of mushroom hunting. Especially for the only representative of the fair sex, I had to strain my eyes to find white mushrooms among the abundance – and I succeeded, and more than once.

The footballers turned out to be capable as students, it is clear that playing sports has a positive effect on the development of not only vision, but also mushroom hunting skills – the results were stunning. A girl with an exclusive basket (where can I go with her standard two-bucket basket) several times notified the whole forest about the discovery of whites. She had them to match the hunter – stately, beautiful, slender and young.

Representatives of the strong half of humanity did not let us down either. The football players quickly got their bearings in the “rules of the game” for finding autumn mushrooms and began to mow into the basket and buckets at the speed of the ball after hitting the top scorer of the “Broke Boys”. And when two media leaguers made themselves happy with the discovery of a whole huge family of royal mushrooms, they probably heard about it in the nearby village. Photographing and uploading video to the network was immediately organized. So, their colleagues and competitors on the future orange turf (that’s the color it will be) of the stadium, which will be built specifically for the IFL by the third season, immediately learned about the success of the representatives of media football.

Mushroom excursion for football players was clearly a success, and here is the recipe (exclusive) for maintaining the right balance of health and tone – and not only athletes.

Chicken meatballs with mushrooms (in our case, with mushrooms):

Heat milk and soak bread in it. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and pass through a meat grinder along with half the onion and squeezed bread. Stir the minced meat, adding salt and pepper – you can still squeeze a clove of garlic. Chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates, then add the onion, salt, pepper and fry everything together until golden brown. Cool the fried mushrooms with onions and add to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly.

Pour flour into a plate. Form small balls from minced meat and roll them in flour. Then flatten to make round meatballs. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs with mushrooms on both sides until golden brown. Put the fried meatballs into a baking dish. Mix sour cream with tomato sauce and pour over the meatballs so that the sauce covers them completely. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
