The weather forecaster spoke about the weather on Valentine’s Day in Moscow

On February 14, Valentine’s Day, temperatures in Moscow are forecast to range from -1 to -6 degrees Celsius, both day and night, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center.

In a commentary to RIA Novosti, he noted that this temperature exceeds normal levels.

“Temperatures will be two to three degrees above normal … maybe only one degree lower at night,” he said.

Vilfand also said that snow is expected in places in Moscow on Valentine’s Day.
