One of the youngest mothers in Moscow, a girl who became pregnant at the age of 12, became in fact the youngest widow. However, the family will not be able to receive a survivor’s pension, since the non-standard marriage was not registered.

As it became known to MK, recently a 21-year-old guy was under the wheels of an electric train in the Moscow region. The operatives found out that the man was under investigation under the article of the Criminal Code “Sexual intercourse and other acts of a sexual nature with a person under the age of sixteen.” Moreover, the victim – a seventh grader – is raising a child from him!

As we told at one time, the girl met the future father of her son in the summer of 2021. The schoolgirl deceived a new acquaintance, saying that she was 16 years old. The couple corresponded, walked, and then the young man invited his girlfriend to a rented apartment to “watch a movie.” When it came to sex, the schoolgirl reminded her partner about contraception, but the gentleman told her that it was okay. The girl found out about her interesting situation in the hospital, where she was brought with purulent appendicitis.

The young man took the news about the pregnancy of a young girlfriend with indifference. According to the schoolgirl, her gentleman told his friends that his passion “worked up” the child. Despite her young age, the girl was supported by her parents, and in April of this year, the schoolgirl gave birth to a healthy boy. Despite the fact that the newly-made dad met a young mother and a baby from the hospital, the couple did not live together. Of course, there was no talk of any official marriage. The young mother maintained friendly relations with the father of the child and did not interfere with his communication with her son. But the young man did not work in anticipation of the trial, and did not provide material assistance to the child.

Now the schoolgirl is 13 years old, she is raising her son with the help of her parents and goes to the seventh grade, and there is a dash in the birth certificate in the column “father”. By the way, after the trial, the guy promised to recognize paternity and actively help the young mother. And after his death, it turned out that the young mother could not count on the help of the state. A dash in the column “father” implies the status of a single mother.

– In this case, the child does not have the right to receive a survivor’s pension, since the deceased man was not his breadwinner. But the child has the right to receive an inheritance. To do this, the mother will need to prove paternity through the court: an exhumation is carried out, an examination is carried out and, based on the results obtained, the fact of kinship is recognized or not recognized.
