The editor-in-chief of the Moskovsky Komsomolets website, Mikhail Verny, lost more than half of the weight he had gained, after which he started a new life and married an old friend, Anna Shchepina. The newspaper published an interview with the journalist aif.ru.
As Mikhail noted, he managed to lose weight without any surgical intervention. The interview subject said that he initially planned to lose weight for bariatric surgery. However, during a visit to a weight correction clinic, the journalist abandoned this idea and independently lost 130 kilograms. Before this, Verny’s weight exceeded 200 kg.
First of all, according to the interlocutor, he needed to increase physical activity, and then change his diet: completely give up alcohol, fast carbohydrates, potatoes, rice and baked goods.
Mikhail began sharing his weight loss successes on social networks. Seeing an old acquaintance in a new image, the hero’s future wife Anna herself contacted him and offered to meet. After some time, the couple decided to formalize the relationship.
