Muceniece changed her mind about suing Priluchny for alimony

Actress Agata Muceniece withdrew her claim against her ex-husband, actor Pavel Priluchny, to whom she had made demands for alimony. How writes “Starhit”, Muceniece appealed to the Golovinsky court, demanding that Priluchny give a third of his income to support his common children.

The publication says that, according to some data, in the past Priluchny “transferred about 100 thousand rubles to his ex-wife every month,” but “then he stopped.” As you know, the actor recently married again – to his colleague Zepyur Brutyan, she gave birth to another heir.

“The plaintiff abandoned his claim, therefore the case is dismissed,” the court said.

It is indicated that the proceedings on Muceniece’s claim were closed, since the suit involved the minor children of the actors.

It is not known for sure whether the former spouses managed to resolve the dispute out of court.
