The Russian company MTS has not yet received the billion-dollar claim that was filed in the Tagansky court after the “naked” party of blogger Nastya Ivleeva.
A class action lawsuit against the TV presenter demanding to recover 1 billion rubles from her as moral compensation for holding a “naked” party was previously registered in the Tagansky Court.
At the same time, the public joint-stock company Mobile Telesystems (MTS) became a co-defendant in the lawsuit.
The statement of claim, filed on behalf of 23 citizens, was registered in court on January 16.
