MTS denies involvement in organizing Ivleeva’s “naked party”

Representatives of the telecom operator MTS reported that the company has nothing to do with organizing and holding the “naked party” of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva in the Moscow club Mutabor. On January 16, MTS became co-defendant in a class action lawsuit for 1 billion rubles, filed due to an event organized by Ms. Ivleeva.
“MTS has nothing to do with this event, is not its sponsor or organizer,” the publication was told Daily Storm at the MTS press service. They also added that the operator has not yet received the claim. The company said that “after familiarizing itself with the subject of the dispute, MTS, if necessary, will present its position in court.” The company declined to make any other comments regarding the filed lawsuit.
January 16 Tagansky District Court of Moscow registered a class action lawsuit against blogger and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva after a party with an almost naked dress code at the Moscow club Mutabor. The second defendant was PJSC Mobile Telesystems (MTS). The plaintiffs demand to recover 1 billion rubles from Ms. Ivleeva and MTS.
Anastasia Ivleeva’s party took place at the Mutabor club on the night of December 21, 2023. After a public outcry, Anastasia Ivleeva, as well as several famous guests of the party (Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Ksenia Sobchak and Lolita) published an apology video. The court fined Anastasia Ivleeva 100 thousand rubles, and one of the party participants, rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasilyev), fined 200 thousand rubles, and also arrested first for 15 days, then for another ten. On January 10, the court suspended the club’s activities for 90 days.
