He claims that according to the materials read out in court, Igor Mishin held the position of vice president of MTS until March last year, and in early December he was fired from the position of head of MTS Media.

MTS denied this information. “Igor Mishin continues to work as the general producer of the Kion online cinema,” the company’s press service told RIA Novosti.

January 26 Tagansky District Court of Moscow accepted a statement of claim against MTS for the recovery of $1 billion in compensation for moral damages due to the party is pending. It was filed both against MTS and personally against Igor Mishin, who is indicated in the statement of claim as vice president. The plaintiff in the application is lawyer Alexander Treshchev. He demanded that $1 billion be recovered from MTS to be transferred to the fund to support participants in the military operation “Defenders of the Fatherland.” MTS stated that it had nothing to do with the organization and holding of the event in Mutabor.

This is the second lawsuit against MTS over a “naked party.” In early January, a group of citizens led by actor and producer Alexander Inshakov also demanded to recover $1 billion from the company, but the court refused to consider it.

The party, organized by Anastasia Ivleeva, took place at the Moscow club “Mutabor” on the night of December 21, 2023. After the party participants, including many pop stars, were cut out of New Year’s programs, the rapper Vacio served two administrative arrests and received a summons to the army, the work of Mutabor was suspended after an inspection by Rospotrebnadzor for 90 days. Anastasia Ivleeva was fined for 100 thousand rubles. for organizing an event that resulted in a violation of public order. She blames didn’t recognize.
