MP Kaladze commented on Burbock’s words about Georgia’s European integration

General Secretary of the ruling Georgian Dream party, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze commented on the statement of German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock, who spoke about attempts to change Georgia’s pro-European course. According to the Georgian politician, the German diplomat is “out of touch with reality.”
Before the start of her visit to Tbilisi, Burbock expressed support for Georgia’s European integration path. She stated that now the country is facing attempts to change this kusa and pressure, both within the state itself and outside it.
“I don’t know what she’s talking about. It is clear that this person is out of touch with reality… Georgia is doing everything on the path of European integration,” the Georgian MP said.
Kaladze also added that the country will do everything possible to fulfill the 12-point plan for European integration. He stressed that Georgia’s goal is to obtain the status of an EU candidate in December.
