Mother of three children, singer Sogdiana revealed the secret of a very simple diet

A native of Uzbekistan and a graduate of the “Star Factory” singer Sogdiana is an infrequent guest of secular parties. The last time she was seen at such an event, it seems, was a few months ago. But the other day, the star came to a secular ceremony, and even dressed in such a way that everyone discussed her arrival for a long time. The actress was in a tight dress to the floor, showing off her perfect figure – you can’t say that she is the mother of three children.

“MK” talked with the guest and found out what sacrifices she makes to stay in shape, and what it’s like for the artist to be a parent three times.

– How do you maintain a figure in such a state that you do not change at all?

– In general, sometimes I support, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes, I relax so, to be honest, that then I convulsively pull myself together. Perhaps if I kept in shape quite regularly, I would generally be a bodybuilder. As time permits, I go to the gym, try to eat the right food, although I really like to eat wrong. That is, in my diet there are usually more vegetables, everything is boiled, I try to drink more water, although I like coffee, kebabs, samsa, Uzbek pilaf, because all this is so dear.

– What do you do if you still get carried away with barbecue?

– According to circumstances. The principle is this: if I still fit into my clothes, then it has passed. If it gets hard, I sit on the water without bread for a while.

– What is it like to be a popular artist and raise three children?

– Insanely difficult. All children have their own characters, they all grow, their hormones are seething, mine is also seething – sometimes you get nervous. It’s hard to cope sometimes, even when you have helpers. But I am very grateful to my children – they are very good guys. In fact, adolescence transitional age passes with a minimum of problems, quite normal. At least compared to the stories I hear around.

– Do you control the environment of your teenage son? Still, 16 years is a difficult age …

– You can’t really control it, of course. They are now so independent: they have their own space, everything should be as they want. If they looked askance at us in childhood, we immediately understood everything: I won’t do it again. And here it already begins: “My rights”! But the most important thing is that they eventually find themselves.

– Well, for example, to check the phone or computer – did it happen?

– Once I wrote to the administrators of my son’s game that they had a 12-year-old child playing. And they, it turns out, thought it was an adult man. After that, of course, he was quickly removed from there. .

– Your sons are 16, 13 and 4 respectively. What are their hobbies?

– The elder plans to go into medicine or become a businessman, the middle one is interested in music, oddly enough. I didn’t think at all that my children would follow in the musical footsteps, they were just very restless. Well, a small, it seems to me, a future actor.

My eldest and middle son and I went through a lot of things before school. The children told me: “We want to go there.” I led them. Then: “We don’t like it anymore.” Went to another place. We searched, chose, but for me, as a mother, the most important thing was to teach them to swim.

Well, in other directions, they always oriented themselves, everything was according to their desire. I never made them do anything. And now the eldest son is seriously interested in swimming, participates in competitions, even wants to get a sports category.
