Moscow students are invited to internships at the Moscow government

The Career Development Center of the government of the capital invites students and graduates of universities aged 18 to 35 to a new block of internships that will allow children to get acquainted with the work of city departments, committees, prefectures, governments, gain professional skills, unique experience, as well as salary and enrollment in summary.
The internships are designed for six months and will be held in seven areas: “urban economy”, “media city”, “legal space”, “social city”, “HR city”, “comfortable urban environment” and “IT city”. Moreover, project participants can choose internships either on a flexible schedule, when a young person combines study and work, or on a full-time basis. It is assumed that the participant will receive a salary during the entire internship.
According to the director of the Career Development Center Nina Filimonova, the internship program has been operating since 2011, and during this time more than 1.5 thousand people have become its graduates.
— The project allows students to try their hand in interesting areas under the guidance of experienced mentors, to learn more about what they like, to understand in what areas they would like to develop. 60 percent of our graduates are successfully employed in the authorities and organizations of the city of Moscow,” said the director of the center.
How to get an internship?
To do this, you need to apply on the website of the Career Development Center of the Moscow Government, then fill out a questionnaire and pass the test. As part of the first competitive selection, experts will evaluate the resumes of future interns, as well as their work and project experience. Those who pass the first stage of selection will be invited to study at the Career School, where they will have webinars, master classes and introductory video tours dedicated to the work of the Moscow government.
