Athletes from Khimki and Podolsk became winners of the International Bolivarian Games
Ekaterina Paltseva, an athlete from the Moscow Region, won gold at the 5th International Bolivarian Boxing Games in Venezuela. Also, a boxer from the Moscow region, Mikhail Usov, won the bronze of the tournament. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Sports.
It is noted that in the final, Ekaterina Paltseva from Khimki competed with the hostess of the competition, Sedeno Tayonis. In the decisive battle, the Moscow Region athlete turned out to be stronger than her rival.
Podolchanin Mikhail Usov lost to the opponent in the semifinal fight in the weight of 80 kg and took 3rd place.
The 5th International Bolivarian Games (ALBA) are taking place these days in Caracas and La Guaira (Venezuela).
