The new designer eco-collection includes several dozen products. The details were provided by the acting head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, Vladislav Ovchinsky. “Today there are over 250 companies operating in the capital’s light industry. In addition to basic products, they produce designer items, including those made from technological materials. Thus, the BOYARI company presented a collection of clothing and accessories made of apple leather, recycled plastic and Tencel,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, adding that the line included 45 products. These are trousers, overalls, kimonos and bags. The brand supports respect for the environment. Things are created taking into account the concept of Slow fashion – production of products to order. New items are created after the sale of those presented in the store.
“The general style is inspired by Asian warriors and martial arts, where clothing items are rethought and adapted for everyday wear,” said the founder of the brand, Olga Boyarinova. The main range of clothing is made from apple leather, which consists of 50% apple peels. The company also uses fabric made from Australian eucalyptus wood, recycled plastic, green viscose and environmentally friendly insulation. Business conditions in Moscow allow enterprises to actively develop. The location of production in the capital opens up markets, infrastructure and systemic support for the city to investors.
