The “digital passport” service began to work in polyclinics of Moscow to analyze the health of patients by chief doctors and their deputies, informed mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin in his Telegram channel.
“A Digital Passport has been launched in Moscow outpatient clinics. This is a new EMIAS service that greatly simplifies the management of a medical organization for chief doctors and their deputies and helps to better and more proactively monitor the health of patients.
With the help of innovation, medical staff will be able to monitor the summary statistics of patients: gender, age, presence of a disability group, deviations in laboratory tests, etc.
Sobyanin recalled that Moscow has been digitizing the healthcare system for more than 10 years and one of the main tasks for the authorities is the development of a single digital platform.
In September 2022, Anastasia Rakova, Vice Mayor of Moscow for Social Development, said that the authorities had begun to introduce the digital passport service in nine clinics in the capital.
