More than 80 demonstrators were detained in Yerevan

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia reported that since the morning of September 22, special police forces detained 84 protesters in Yerevan participating in “actions of disobedience” demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The department indicated that as of now, 84 protest participants have been detained.
It is noted that clashes between protesters over the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and law enforcement officers began in the capital of Armenia on Tuesday, and police forces even had to resort to using stun grenades to pacify the crowd.
