More than 700 first-year students of the Military Medical Academy on August 26 in St. Petersburg took the military oath. The enrollment of cadets in 2023 has increased. There are more than 100 members of the SVO among those who entered the military university. Among them there are junior medical staff, paramedics, nurses. Many have been awarded orders and medals.
First-year students were admonished by Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov, Head of the Main Military Medical Directorate Dmitry Trishkin. Recruitment is carried out in several specialties: general medicine, medical and preventive work, pharmacy and dentistry. In addition, the academy trains specialists in programs of secondary vocational education in the specialty of a paramedic.
