More than 300 residents of Rostov-on-Don turned to doctors for help due to ice

Since the morning of December 11, 333 people, including 71 children, have sought medical help at trauma centers in Rostov-on-Don due to unfavorable weather conditions. This was reported by the press service of the government of the Rostov region.
During the day, on his Telegram channel, Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev informed on the temporary closure of 277 schools. “Training is organized in several formats: remotely or in self-study format, and in some places classes have been postponed to Saturday,” the governor said.
At the same time, the website of the Rostov-on-Don administration notes that heavy ice will last until the end of the day on December 12; frost and strong winds of up to 18 m/s are expected at night and in the first half of the day on December 13.
