From October 22, mobile recruiting stations installed there at the end of September will be removed from the Verkhny Lars and Nizhny Zaramag checkpoints on the Russian-Georgian border. The corresponding order was given by the head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyalo.
“Today, the flow of citizens who cross the state border has subsided. The situation is stable. The need for additional streamlining of traffic across the state border has disappeared,” said Mr. Menyailo in his Telegram channel. He clarified that the border guards have lists of citizens who are prohibited from leaving Russia.
That the Russians handed over agenda on the Georgian border, it became known on September 27. Then, at the border checkpoints, especially at Upper Lars, there were huge lines of cars and citizens trying to cross the border on foot after the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia.
