Mizulina asked the police to check Pasha Technician for drug propaganda

The head of the Safe Internet League and member of the Public Chamber of Russia, Ekaterina Mizulina, filed a police report against rapper Pasha Technik (real name Pavel Ivlev) with a request to check him for drug propaganda. According to her, the rapper advertises stores selling drugs and pornography.

“In addition, citizens contacted us in connection with the probably fraudulent actions of the blogger. Got it,” Ms. Mizulina wrote in her Telegram-channel.

Pasha Technik said that Ms. Mizulina’s accusations do not apply to him, since the Telegram channels she was talking about do not belong to him. He emphasized that he never deceived subscribers. “I will never gamble money in my life, I don’t have ***** myself,” the performer said in his Telegram channel.

In response to the artist’s messages, Ekaterina Mizulina noted that 90% of materials with “destructive content” were posted on the Telegram channel in which Pasha Technik published a statement. According to her, it was there that advertised drug stores, advertised casinos and promoted illegal drugs. “By publishing the circle, the blogger confirmed that the channel belongs to him and greatly helped the police in their future work,” wrote Ms. Mizulina.

Pasha Technik is one of the founders of the rap group Kunteynir. In 2009, he was sentenced to five years in prison for possession of narcotic substances. In 2020, the rapper was sentenced to 11 months in prison for repeated driving while intoxicated. In 2022, the rapper was hospitalized twice due to drug overdoses. It is noted that during the first hospitalization, doctors had to put Pasha Technician into a medically induced coma.
