Mishustin urged young people to go to factories

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called on the younger generation to go to work for Russian enterprises in order to design technologies and build rockets, engines, new aircraft, and cars. He stated this during a visit to PJSC “UEC-Kuznetsov” in Samara.
According to him, the country is developing heavy, transport engineering, so the youth will succeed. The Prime Minister was pleased with the large number of young people he met at the enterprise during the inspection.
Mishustin added that, according to the leaders, over the past four years, an organization specializing in space and aircraft engine building has changed its composition by 40%, that is, 2 out of 5 employees with experience have changed.
Earlier, the first deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vasily Osmakov, called the lack of employees the main problem for the domestic industry.
