Mishustin fired Deputy Minister Lebedev, who had worked at the Ministry of Agriculture since 2016

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed order on the dismissal of Ivan Lebedev from the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture. The decision was made at the request of Mr. Lebedev.

In his place appointed Maxim Titov. Since 2019, he has held the position of Director of the Department for Regulation of Agricultural Markets of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Ivan Lebedev has served as Deputy Head of the Ministry of Agriculture since February 2016. In the 2000s, he headed various departments in the administration of Ryazan, and also worked as an adviser to the head of the municipality, the chairman of the Ryazan City Duma.

In 2013–2015, Ivan Lebedev was the head of the department for monitoring the activities of accredited persons of Rosakcreditation. In July 2017, he was appointed Secretary of State – Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
