There was information in the media that on Tuesday Dana Milokhin received a summons for urgent service at his place of registration in Anapa. The blogger’s adoptive father, Dmitry Tyulenev, allegedly refused to accept the document, citing the fact that his adopted son was abroad. In a conversation with MK, Tyulenev denied this news.

“Nobody came to us,” Dmitry Tyulenev was surprised. – Perhaps the journalists were mistaken They called me and asked me to comment on the old news when Danya was in Moscow in September and Mizulina (Ekaterina Mizulina, who called for sending the blogger to the army – “MK”) then spoke. At that time, three policemen actually came to us, looking for our son, and wanted to ask for an explanation. This has already been commented on in the press, why did they publish it now? Either they made a mistake or acted unethically.

– Was your son really put on the wanted list at the request of the military commissar of Anapa because he did not register at his place of registration?

– It seems to me that the story with the military registration and enlistment office is being exaggerated. For what? If you are inflating this story, then why not say that Dani has vision problems, he did not pass the medical examination. Let them write that according to the law, if a person does not live in Russia for more than six months, he has a residence permit (residence permit in another country, Milokhin lives in Dubai – “MK”), it may no longer serve. But it turns out that Danya is a draft dodger, runs around, and gets caught. Nobody put him on the wanted list. Nobody catches him, as it is presented in the media.

Help “MK”: According to the law, a citizen of the Russian Federation who goes abroad for a period of more than 6 months is indeed not subject to conscription for military service during his stay there. However, to do this, you need to confirm the appropriate status at the military registration and enlistment office by providing documents there – a residence permit, a real estate lease agreement, a work contract, papers about studying at a university, etc.

Upon arrival back in Russia, the citizen is obliged to register again with the military registration and enlistment office.
