Millers began to complain about the quality of Ukrainian grain

Information-analytical agency “APK-Inform” reported that Ukrainian millers began to complain more often about the quality of new crop wheat.
They clarified that the grain contains a very low amount of protein.
Agency experts conducted a survey, during which they found out that most millers observe a low protein content in wheat, at a level of up to 11%.
“At the same time, an insignificant part of the crop is 11-12%, and only in isolated cases the protein level is 13%,” the experts noted.
