Military registration and enlistment offices in the Moscow region will be connected to the GAS “Vybory”, the Federal Tax Service, the FIU and the registry office

The databases of military registration and enlistment offices in the Moscow region will soon be connected to the systems of the GAS “Vybory”, the Federal Tax Service (FTS), the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) and registry offices. This will automatically make changes to the data of military registration and enlistment offices. This was announced by the military commissar of the Moscow region Alexei Astakhov.

“In the Moscow region, on behalf of the Prime Minister, a pilot project will soon begin under the leadership of the Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev. A set of measures is being developed to connect Horizont-MR to the GAS “Vybory”, where we store the most accurate information, tax, pension fund, registry office, so that this system automatically makes all changes about citizens who are included in the Horizont-MR system “, – said Alexey Astakhov during a round table in the Federation Council “Digital transformation of military commissariats” (quote from RBC).

During the round table, the senators noted that due to outdated data in the military registration and enlistment offices there were cases of mobilization of people who did not fall under its criteria. “We are now talking about the fact that a person has children and you don’t know about it … The Stone Age!” – said Senator Vladimir Kozhin during the round table.

Partial mobilization in Russia began on 21 September. In the course of it, cases of mobilization of people who do not fit its conditions were repeatedly reported. The heads of the regions reported on the return of some of those erroneously mobilized. In the State Duma spokethat about 10 thousand people returned home.
