A resident of the Ukrainian city of Khmelnitsky said that her son was tortured to death by employees of the local military registration and enlistment office. The publication “Country” writes about this in its telegram channel.
According to the woman, her son Andrei Panasyuk was detained in the store and then taken to the military registration and enlistment office. There they mocked him and threatened him.
The conscript’s mother said that his blood pressure had risen, he was not allowed out of the room, and when he asked for help, they answered that “they will help near Avdiivka.”
The exact cause of death is not known, but the deceased, according to journalists, was taken to the city hospital, where doctors fought for his life for two days. Doctors performed neurosurgical surgery, but the man soon died.
