Migrants from LDNR, Zaporozhye and Kherson named their main problems in Russia

According to official data, about 2 million people came from Ukraine to Russia during the NWO period. There were about 300,000 refugees in Moscow back in the summer, and about the same number in the Moscow Region. “MK” interviewed visitors from Ukraine in order to find out how refugees live today.

For the most part, people have already somehow settled down and, in fact, have ceased to be refugees. That is, those people who do not have not only a roof over their heads, but also the most elementary – a toothbrush, clothes, telephones and textbooks for school. Now the main flow of migrants has got out of this state and is leaving the points of temporary residence, renting housing. And the most important step on this path is the registration of Russian citizenship and a Russian passport for everyone from the LDNR, Kherson region, Zaporozhye.

– Everything was very difficult with a passport, – says Alexander, who processed the main Russian document in New Moscow. – In October, as it was announced, the people rushed. The queues for fingerprinting were such that people occupied a place for several days, spent the night there near the MFC. Now this fingerprinting has been canceled, thank God …

According to migrants from Ukraine, with the announcement of a passport “amnesty” for, legally, the same citizens of Russia as everyone else – after all, new territories were solemnly annexed to the Russian Federation – not all MFCs and migration “tables” coped immediately. Especially in the Moscow region. “They sent refusals a week after it was all announced, they said verbally that they personally had no orders,” people complain.

Now similar battles with officials are unfolding around the receipt by former Ukrainians of other legal documents: TIN, compulsory medical insurance policies, driver’s licenses … Migrants have created public sites on the Web, in which they actively exchange life hacks on how to bypass bureaucratic obstacles. All the most difficult issues are resolved “at Skornyazhny”, in a charitable foundation.

– If I am already a citizen of Russia, why should I retake my driving license? Alexander boils. – They also demand from me a contract from a car dealership for a car – what kind of contract? They bombed my house, grabbed my passport and basic documents, sat down and drove off. They don’t understand, do they?

Those who have serious health problems are in a difficult situation. Insulin-dependent diabetes, oncology, chronic diseases requiring constant medical support. There is no unity in the permission to obtain and speed up the issuance of the CHI policy, “everything depends on people.”

– We have just passed the quest “get a passport”, we still don’t have the compulsory medical insurance, – says Anna. – And then my 72-year-old mother had a toothache at night. In the morning we went to the state clinic in Butovo. They entered the position and did everything for free. But a 4-year-old child from a neighbor at a temporary accommodation point fell seriously ill, they were not taken anywhere, they were refused everywhere. She went to collect money, as much as she could, she chipped off in order to treat him for a fee.

Perhaps the medical problems with the lack of a compulsory medical insurance policy are now the biggest pain for refugees. In the same mutual help network, they share “appearances and passwords.” They share contacts of sane doctors and clinics that actually respect the law. Indeed, in order to receive medical assistance, a citizen of the Russian Federation does not need a policy. Judging by the reviews, there are only a few such doctors and addresses in Moscow …

Open online and its own labor exchange. It is no secret that when the refugees did not have any documents, they were often “thrown” by unscrupulous employers. Therefore, they want to settle down with their own. Few suggestions, but they are. “I take 2 people to a warehouse in Balashikha to keep records, only refugees. The salary is normal, but you have to work.” Or: “We need care for the elderly, I pay regularly, strictly refugees.”

However, this does not mean that there are still people who urgently need help. All “nishtyaks” rely only on those who left Ukraine directly for Russia. And for those who made their way through Poland, for example, they did not and do not give any payments. As well as those who, for some reason, cannot prove that they crossed the border there and then. After all, people left in cars, crossed the border on foot … So far, neither one-time “lifting” 10 thousand, nor monthly 10 thousand, nor 4 thousand per child are allowed. Many of these “wrong” emigrants from Ukraine are still in a deplorable situation. Volunteers and church parishes help them. There are also cases of incomprehensible refusal of payments.

“At the MFC, they demanded a ticket from me for the bus that took us out of the DPR,” says Galina. – What ticket – are they crazy? There were no tickets! The employees gathered in a bunch with their boss, discussed something for a long time, and then they rolled out such a requirement. Present your ticket. And I have two children, an old aunt left with us. And nothing to anyone. While the mother of my friend has already done everything and started paying the Russian pension.

In general, summing up, we can say that refugees from Ukraine began to assimilate in the Moscow region. They rent housing, usually these are the farthest outskirts of Moscow or the nearest Moscow Region. Often clubbing, room by room. The most enterprising managed to open their own business. But there are still enough of those who are not covered by help and are in poverty. He is thinking of returning home if his housing has survived, or leaving for another country. Almost all simultaneously with the registration of the passport of the Russian Federation are made immediately and “foreign”. Some will find out whether it is necessary to hand over a Ukrainian passport when receiving a Russian one. Dialogues are heard: “Now that I have a passport of the Russian Federation, can they take me to the SVO?”. “If they take it away, who else but us? Are we fighting for our own? .. “
