His father claims that the conflict occurred “due to a misunderstanding”

Investigators of the Investigative Committee ask the investigators of the Investigative Committee to detain the suspect in the beating of CSKA star Alexei Shved for 1 month. The Presnensky District Court at this moment is choosing a measure of restraint for three defendants in a criminal case of hooliganism.

According to the MK correspondent from the courtroom, the first defendant is 19-year-old MGIMO student Gleb Pisarev. The guy is from Perm, lives in a rented apartment in the Odintsovo district.

– He did not admit guilt. If he is free, he can hide and destroy evidence, negotiate with other participants. I ask you to take me into custody for the duration of the investigation for 1 month,” the investigator of the Investigative Committee said.

To this, Pisarev, under the dictation of a lawyer, said that he objected, that he wanted to cooperate with the investigation, but he did not plead guilty. And he asks to choose a preventive measure not related to deprivation of liberty.

According to the lawyer, his client did not participate in the brawl, but tried to reconcile the fighters, for which there are witnesses.

Pisarev’s father claims that the conflict occurred due to a misunderstanding: they say that at first the parties talked peacefully.

The rest of the defendants in the criminal case are Ramzan Amiraslanov and his brother Prince Amiraslanov (on May 1, he celebrated his 20th birthday in a restaurant)

The basketball player himself identified his offenders from photographs. By the way, in this fight a friend of the CSKA star also suffered.
