An ad for the sale of a mansion in Gurzuf in Crimea appeared on a real estate website. Since it appeared simultaneously with the announcement of the sale of a villa in the elite village of Millennium Couples near Moscow, which, according to StarHit, belongs to composer Konstantin Meladze and singer Vera Brezhneva, the star couple may also be the owners of Gurzuf real estate. It is known that back in 2011, Konstantin Meladze was the owner of real estate on the southern coast of Crimea. A villa in Villa Rose cottage settlement near Artek is put up for sale for 300 million rubles.
The total area of the two-storey villa is just over 700 sq. m. with a swimming pool on a land plot of 12 hectares. The house was built in 2010.
The composer often visited the mansion in Gurzuf – he came with Vera Brezhneva.
