After that, they can only reconfigure the iPhone, as well as block the previous owner. Thus, the chances of finding and returning the phone are reduced to almost zero.
However, the loss of the iPhone is not the only problem, as with the help of a stolen device, attackers can gain access to the victim’s banking applications, as well as block the Apple ID, which can be linked to other devices.
The publication recommends that users do not use the Face ID and Touch ID functions in public places, as well as set a complex passcode on the iPhone.
