On Saturday, May 13, the head of the administration of Ryazan, Elena Sorokina, attended the opening of the All-Russian taekwondo competition “Ryazan Kremlin Cup”. She announced this in her Telegram channel.
More than 1,650 athletes from 55 regions of the country take part in the competition.
According to Sorokina, taekwondo is one of the most popular sports in Ryazan.
“I thanked the president of the Taekwondo Union of Russia Anatoly Konstantinovich Terekhov for his attention to our city,” the head of administration wrote.
