Moscow is preparing with might and main for the full launch of the Big Circle Line – trains will be launched along it in the near future. The appearance of new stations requires new navigation schemes, and passengers should be comfortable from the first day of the launch of traffic.
“To make it easier for users to navigate and build trips taking into account new stations, we are updating navigation – in total, we will update more than 63 thousand signs and diagrams. Be sure to take into account the opinion of passengers in this matter, specially organized meetings and collected focus groups. This helped us understand how to make navigation even more convenient and understandable,” said Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Moscow Mayor in the Moscow Government for transport issues.
By the time of the full launch of traffic along the BCL, more than 3,000 navigation elements at stations and more than a thousand metro schemes with a new section of the BCL on the infrastructure, almost 60 thousand schemes in trains will be updated. More than 700 navigation signs will appear at the new BKL stations.
