Chairman of the Federation Council (SF) Valentina Matvienko proposed creating a single federal standard for providing mobilized people in order to avoid delays in payments and differences in their amounts in the regions. She instructed her deputies in the Federation Council to work on this issue.

Each region has the right to independently introduce additional measures to support the mobilized. Payout amounts vary. So, in Moscow, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin promised monthly payments in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. In the Perm Territory, 100 thousand rubles will be paid at a time, in the Saratov Region – 50 thousand rubles. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, there are no one-time payments for mobilized people, only wages.
