The Central Internal Affairs Directorate and the Kyrgyz Football Union remind that you will have to answer for violation of the law and hooliganism, and you can be thrown out of the match for violating the rules of conduct at the stadium.

On the eve of the historic friendly match between the national teams of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, the Kyrgyz Football Federation appealed to the fans with a request to follow the rules of conduct at the stadium. A friendly match between the teams will be held for the first time. It starts today at 20:00 local Bishkek time. The broadcast will be conducted by “Match TV” and “KTRK Sport” with “Kyrgyz Sport TV”.

Those who come to watch the game live cannot:

• bring and display in the stadium inscriptions and symbols that are aimed at inciting a religious, racial, ethnic or national conflict.

• carry poisonous, explosive items, pyrotechnics, piercing and cutting items, firearms, large bags, briefcases, suitcases, glass items;

• to be at the stadium in a state of alcoholic intoxication, to carry and consume alcohol;

• smoking in the sports complex;

• throw any objects at the participants of the game and on the field;

• enter the playing field, enter special rooms reserved for substitute players, referees, coaches;

• be on the stairs, in the aisles, seats, hatches, jump on fences, barriers and racks.

For violation of these norms, spectators can not only be expelled from the stadium, but also fined.

The Bishkek police department also reminded that fans will have to answer for attempts to incite hatred on ethnic grounds “or any provocative actions, as well as acts of hooliganism”. Before that, in social networks, a number of anti-Russian activists called in recent days to shout slogans inciting discord and disrupt the match. The publications of one of them, Erik Abdykalykov, are already undergoing pre-investigation checks, and the day before he himself was detained on the street by police for interrogation at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate. The reason is “signs of excitation of racial, ethnic, national, religious inter-regional enmity (discord)” in some of them. True, no one began to take the activist into custody after interrogation – a legal assessment will be given after a linguistic analysis. So he and his like-minded people may well get to the match.

The police are asking people to help maintain law and order at the match.

“We remind you that if there is a possible threat to the safety of citizens, as well as in case of detection of suspicious objects and things, you must contact the nearest police officer or call the short number 102,” the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Kyrgyz capital recalled.

In order for more people to watch the game, the Kyrgyz Football Union organized fan zones with screens for fans in three large shopping centers in the city:

– Shopping center “Dordoi Plaza 2” (Ibraimov street 115/2);

– Shopping center “VEFA” (Gorkogo st. 27/1, 1st floor);

– Shopping center “ASIA MALL” (Prospect Mira, 3, 3rd floor).
