Mass starts of the 42 all-Russian Ski Tracks of Russia competitions will be held in the Ostrovsky district on February 10. The competition is timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade. “MK in Pskov” was informed about this by the press service of the regional government.

Participants will have to cover distances of 2024 meters (children), 5 km (boys and girls) and 10 km (men and women).

In addition to awarding the winners of the main distances, there is also a special nomination – “The Whole Family”. It was introduced as part of the Year of the Family, announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as the large Russian project “The Whole Family”. The family with the largest number of children that will take part in the Russian Ski Track will be awarded a commemorative cup.

Registration is carried out through the Gosuslugi portal by February 8 according to the instructions. More than 100 future competition participants have already used this method. In the traditional format, registration will be held from February 5 to 9 in Ostrov at the address: Bolshaya Pionerskaya Street, building 6A, as well as directly on the day of the competition in the Yunost center from 8.30 to 11.00.
