Mash announced the initiation of an administrative case against Morgenstern

The Mash Telegram channel reported that an administrative case was opened against the Russian rapper Alisher Valeev (included in the register of foreign agents in the Russian Federation).
As the authors of the channel clarify, most likely, the case was initiated because Morgenstern did not report to the Ministry of Justice about his income and expenses. This rule applies to everyone who has been assigned the status of a foreign agent.
It is noted that this is the second administrative case related to the Ministry of Justice. Before this, Morgenstern was threatened with a fine for not having a label on his posts on social networks. In response to this, the rapper filed a lawsuit with the Zamoskvoretsky court.
