Martial arts center opened in Slavyansk-on-Kuban

The new Martial Arts Center was opened in a festive atmosphere in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. Together with the young athletes, the regional sports minister Serafim Timchenko and the head of the Slavyansky district Roman Sinyagovsky took part in the ceremony.
In the city, on the basis of the Center, the Triumph sports school will function, where children will be able to practice sambo, judo, Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling. There are 3 wrestling mats in the sports complex.
The martial arts center was built within the framework of the regional program “Development of physical culture and sports.” By 2024, such Centers should appear in every municipality in the region.
The martial arts center in Slavyansk-on-Kuban was named in honor of the veteran of the Great Patriotic War Andrey Efimovich Mizanov. For a long time he worked as a teacher, took care of the health and physical education of young people.
