Students of Lyceum No. 2 will represent the Sakhalin region in the finals of the White Lady tournament. The regional Ministry of Sports spoke about this.
The final of the regional stage of the all-Russian competition “White Lady” took place in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, in which schoolchildren from the island capital and regions participated.
“Unfortunately, the forces turned out to be unequal. Teams from regional centers closed the standings without interfering in the distribution of prizes,” the ministry said.
Students of Lyceum No. 2 won for the fourth time in a row. Secondary school No. 26 took second place, and lyceum No. 1 took bronze.
The competition was held under the federal project “Sport is the norm of life” of the national project “Demography”, initiated by the President of the Russian Federation.
