Lukashenko flew to Russia to meet with Putin

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Russia. His plane landed at about 14:00, reported the Telegram channel “Pool of the First”, which is close to the Belarusian president.
The Belarusian leader flew in to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 15. The main topics of the meeting will be the international agenda, regional issues, economic cooperation between the two countries in the fields of agriculture, industry, as well as work in the field of import substitution.
The previous meeting of the presidents of Russia and Belarus took place on July 23 in Strelna. They discussed the Wagner PMC, the external threat “along the perimeter” of the countries and the development of the Union State, said the Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
The leaders also held telephone conversations at the end of August. The press service of the Belarusian leader noted that Putin and Lukashenko discussed the agenda for bilateral relations and pressing issues of the regional and international situation.
