Lokomotiv punished an employee because of the situation with Barinov

Lokomotiv Moscow published a statement on its website in connection with the situation with team captain Dmitry Barinov.
As it turned out, the football player could not participate in the match of the second stage of the 1/4 finals of the playoffs of the path of the regions Fonbet – the Cup of Russia with Akron Togliatti, as he had previously received two yellow cards in the match against Spartak. However, Barinov was mistakenly included in the application and entered the field from the first minutes.
Akron refused to file a protest with the RFU FTC. Lokomotiv claims that it did not receive a list of suspended players before the match with Akron, as it should have, nevertheless applied a disciplinary sanction to the employee who is responsible for filling out the form with the squad for the match.
Recall that Akron beat Lokomotiv on penalties and advanced to the next stage of the Russian Cup.
