Lipetsk athletes became winners and prize-winners of the Russian championship in universal combat. The Russian championship among boys and girls 12-13, 14-15 years old in universal light combat and universal combat took place in mid-March in Murmansk.

Representatives of the Lipetsk regional public organization “Universal Combat Federation” won 4 medals.

Daria Dedushkova took gold in her category, and Kirill Kambulov won silver – he became a two-time silver medalist of the championship – in the “light” and classic versions. Ksenia Luneva from Lipetsk also received a silver medal. Lipetsk wrestlers are trained by Mikhail Pokachalov and Dmitry Trubitsyn.

The participants were the best wrestlers from 38 regions of Russia, including representatives of the Lugansk People’s Republic. Over 500 participants competed in two disciplines.
