Liberal Democratic Party proposed to clarify the criteria for deferrals for partial mobilization

The deputy head of the LDPR faction, Yaroslav Nilov, said on Telegram that his fellow party members had prepared a bill specifying, in particular, the circle of persons subject to partial mobilization. The project, among other things, proposes to give a deferment to the only sons of a single parent.

In accordance with the draft, a deferment should be granted to persons “who are the sons (siblings) of military personnel who died (deceased) in connection with the performance of their duties of military service.” A similar right is given to relatives of citizens who died during military training, as well as those who died as a result injury or disease associated with military service.

The authors of the project also propose to give a deferment to full-time and evening students, children of fallen soldiers, as well as those who have three or more dependent children under the age of 16.

Among the many issues that have not been settled before, the bill also concerns the temporary departure of those liable for military service. For those who have a delay in partial mobilization and have not received a summons, it is proposed not to extend the ban on leaving their place of residence without the permission of the military registration and enlistment office.
