The expert noted that Finland is considering the possibility of regulating and using reserves of energy resources against the background of the energy crisis. The authorities hope that this will help maintain a balance between energy consumption and production. But in the event of an imbalance, the country faces serious consequences.
“In the worst case, this can lead to the failure of the entire power system – a complete shutdown. Then there will be no electricity anywhere in the country, ”the MTV Uutiset portal reports the words of the professor.
Lund pointed out that if the system is deactivated, it can take a very long time to restore it.
