In the Nizhegorodsky district of Moscow, work has begun on the construction of an educational complex for 200 school and 200 preschool places. This was reported in the press service of the department of urban planning policy of the capital.
The facility will be built as part of the residential complex “Perovskoye 2”, which is located a seven-minute walk from the metro station and the Moscow Central Ring (MCC) Nizhegorodskaya.
As the head of the department, Sergey Levkin, noted, calm colors will be used when decorating the building of the educational complex so that children can focus on their studies.
Also, according to the project, the windows of the playrooms and bedrooms face the garden, which will reduce the noise level, and the large size of the windows will make the rooms brighter.
The total area of the educational price with a variable number of floors will be 9.5 thousand square meters. m. Groups for the youngest children will be located on the first floor. They will have their own exits to the playgrounds, where, as part of the Play and Learn concept, equipment will be installed for development, experimentation and active games.
