In Moscow, in the Otradnoye district, a start was made on the construction of a kindergarten for 250 children. This was reported in the press service of the department of urban planning policy of the capital with reference to its head Sergei Levkin.
He noted that the kindergarten will be built as part of the Signalny 16 residential complex, which is a 10-minute walk from the metro station and the MCC Vladykino. The preschool institution is designed for 10 groups of 25 people.
The total area of the kindergarten will be 4.9 thousand square meters, the building itself will have a rectangular shape.
“Its feature is a variable number of storeys, one part of the building has two above-ground floors, the other part has three,” Levkin said.
On the first floor there will be a catering unit and a medical unit, on the second floor there will be multifunctional halls and an office for developing classes. The administration office will be located on the third floor in an open space format.
There will be a swimming pool in the attached building. Also on the territory of the kindergarten, children’s playgrounds with shady canopies, a sports ground were designed.
